Overview

As a strategic member of our sales team, you will have a major impact on our success as a Source-to-Pay Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, responsible for devising sales strategies and addressing customer challenges.

In Short

  • Lead strategies for establishing credibility for ServiceNow’s source-to-pay solution.
  • Create persuasive conversations to elevate technology in the marketplace.
  • Develop programs to enable sales colleagues to communicate value.
  • Establish expertise for internal enablement and customer engagement.
  • Broaden expertise as solutions for source-to-pay and finance develop.
  • Work with Product Management to enhance products with new features.
  • Share best practices to enhance team quality and efficiency.
  • Stay current on competitive analyses and trends in procurement and finance.
  • Communicate with business and technical decision makers.

Requirements

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
  • Thorough understanding of procurement and supplier organization needs.
  • 7+ years of Solution Consulting experience with procurement solutions.
  • 5+ years with procurement or supplier management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven pre-sales skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility with executives and decision makers.
  • Self-starter with ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform or web technology expertise.
  • Experience collaborating with product management and development.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
