Overview

The Director of Sales New Business is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring that sales goals and performance metrics are met.

  • Open new markets and expand the company’s reach in untapped regions
  • Keep leadership informed about market trends, technological developments, and competitive intelligence
  • Promote and ensure maximum utilization of CRM to drive team success
  • Provide valuable feedback for process improvements to streamline sales activities

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in leadership roles, preferably within a global organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software - Salesforce preferred
  • Experience managing or leading a high-performing sales team, preferably in the B2B space
  • Results-driven, sets ambitious goals and takes initiative
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
