Overview

The QA Analyst (Web/App) is responsible for delivering high-quality service through quality assurance monitoring of client web and app experiences, ensuring trust in every interaction.

In Short

• Develop, review, and maintain test plans for web and mobile applications.
• Lead test scenario creation, defect management, and documentation.
• Support planning and execution of test cases in Agile processes.
• Collaborate with development and business teams for defect resolution.
• Provide estimates for testing efforts and timelines.
• Coordinate UAT sign-off with business stakeholders.
• Create and manage test plans for API integration testing.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional and performance testing.
• Log, prioritize, and work with developers on defect resolution.
• Advocate for QA best practices and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of software QA experience, manual and automated testing.
• Experience in web/mobile application QA using Salesforce and related clouds.
• Proven experience as a QA analyst in healthcare technologies.
• Strong knowledge of test planning and defect tracking.
• Hands-on experience with API integration testing.
