QA Business Process Analyst - Remote

Overview

The QA Business Process Analyst plays a critical role and leads quality assurance efforts in reviewing business processes, workflows and efficiencies across business lines to ensure a quality product is delivered to our clients.

In Short

• Establish QA standards, frameworks, and procedures for business analysis and process improvement.
• Produce high quality QA deliverables such as data charts, information summaries, flowcharts, recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to refine business strategies, workflows and outcomes and translate into actionable tasks.
• Lead cross functional meetings to build result focused consensus.
• Perform quality assurance analysis on processes, volume, services and financial information.
• Assess and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop current and future process flowcharts.
• Proactively examine the impact of process changes on the organization, client and experience.
• Understand internal and client needs to effectively measure quality and influence a positive client experience.
• Validate and analyze data as well as summarize into effective visuals for leadership review.
• Design training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in business process analysis, or QA operations within services.
• 3+ years preparing business process design documentation using BPMN.
• 3+ years working with business process models and/or use cases.
• Salesforce CRM experience.
• Ability to shift seamlessly between business analysis and process analysis roles.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw relevant business conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of Veterans Benefits Administration industry processes is preferred.
