As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing the effectiveness of our pricing and contracting outcomes through comprehensive analysis and collaborative business process transformation.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with 7 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

• Expertise in problem-solving and project management.
• Time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Cross-cultural experience in international markets.
• Attention to detail and solid business acumen.
• Ability to develop enterprise process flows through collaboration.
• Effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning applications.
• Data analytics skills for informed decision-making.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Knowledge of pricing and contracting systems.
• Industry experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
• Customer relationship management experience in B2B context.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Understanding of healthcare industry regulations.
