Overview

As a Web Analyst, you will play a role in shaping data-driven decision-making processes through your expertise in qualitative data collection and analysis.

In Short

• Maintain complex analytics tagging implementation using GTM.
• Implement new analytics scripts and custom tracking.
• Create custom macros, rules, and triggers for analytics.
• Configure and fire analytics scripts for GA4/Site Improve event tracking.
• Integrate disparate data sets for reporting purposes.
• Perform comprehensive analytics audits of websites.
• Configure custom goals, events, and metrics.
• Analyze data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Produce data analytics insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to review analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to obtain public trust clearance.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and its APIs.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge in developing GA4 custom dimensions and metrics.
• Experience with Google Search Console and SEO.
• Excellent data analysis skills and stakeholder communication.
• Consulting mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
