Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role will support brokerage (leasing) activities by assisting and completing special projects as assigned to support quality decision making by clients and brokerage team.

In Short

• Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments.
• Create sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools.
• Assist with the preparations of presentation and pitch materials.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
• Read and review real estate documents and prepare abstract reports.
• Point of contact for tracking, management, and reporting.
• Review and analyze client’s quantitative portfolio data.
• Work independently and within a team.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Entry level to 3+ years in commercial real estate.

Requirements

• Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and interact effectively.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Related Field preferred.
