Overview

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for account management of all existing Sertifi customers across assigned accounts, selling add-on products and services, and assisting with winning new strategic business in the Hospitality and Travel industry.

In Short

  • Manage existing Sertifi customers and sell add-on products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain a Strategic Account Manager Sales Plan.
  • Build relationships with customers and provide tailored presentations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of account management processes.
  • Conduct webinars and product training.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce.com.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects.
  • Travel as necessary for sales meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hospitality/consultative software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience with Windows, MS Office, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mentality.
  • Willingness to grow and enhance skills.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully.
  • Proficient at maintaining a home office.
