In Short

  • The Strategic Business Development Representative will be focused on the Hospitality vertical.
  • Assist Sales management with various administrative tasks.
  • Research target information using data analytics platforms.
  • Work with Enterprise Sales team members to update account information in Salesforce.
  • Help execute on various Sales projects.
  • Perform assigned tasks on a daily/weekly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Build strong internal relationships and reach out to hospitality customers.
  • Report to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
  • Work closely with the Director of Strategic Sales.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and support enterprise sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
  • Previous experience in the Hospitality industry or sales administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong technical skills including Salesforce.com, GoToMeeting and Office 365.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and ambitious personality.
  • Ability to build professional trust and respect.
  • Proven record of sound judgment.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and administrative record keeping.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable cold-calling and prospecting as needed.
