Legal Receptionist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Legal Receptionist primarily based in Montpellier (Lattes) for our subsidiary Septeo Legaltech. You will play a key role in the external telephone reception for our clients, the notaries.

In Short

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls according to given instructions.
• Filter calls and take messages.
• Data entry in our business software.
• Act as a liaison between clients and jurists.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer relations.
• Good listening skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and impeccable spelling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good synthesis ability.
• Comfortable with IT tools.
