Inside Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

Join Septeo, a rapidly growing software publisher in Europe, as an Inside Sales Representative. You will be responsible for developing a new market under the guidance of the Sales Director.

In Short

• Handle incoming information requests: demo requests, document downloads, quote requests.
• Contact prospects via email or phone and identify new leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations (some travel may be required).
• Draft commercial offers and manage negotiations.
• Follow up with clients who have subscribed to the offer.
• Participate in trade shows.
• Update and maintain the database of prospects and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT or SaaS solutions.
• Skills in prospecting and retaining potential clients.
• Ability to create commercial proposals in line with company policy.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
