Requirements

• 8+ years of practical engineering experience.
• Expertise in designing and operating distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java (6+ years).
• Experience with tools like Jenkins, Helm, Docker.
• Infrastructure experience with AWS, GCP, K8s.
• Experience with Go is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and foster team unity.
• Strong communication skills.
