Overview

In Short

Responsible for owning and delivering quarterly goals for the team.
Work cross-functionally with various teams to improve Fraud Operations efficiency.
Write high-quality code in Python.
Build APIs and workflows within micro-service architectures.
Support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle.
Identify and advocate for project, process, or technology issues.
Monitor metrics and support on-call efforts.
Foster a culture of quality and ownership on the team.
Develop talent by providing feedback and guidance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in backend systems development.
Experience with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Proficient in making significant changes in a large code base.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Snowflake and dbt is a plus.
Experience with Airflow is a plus.
