Overview

Semperis is looking for a passionate and results-driven Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and support them every step of the way.

In Short

  • Design a success plan for strategic customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Achieve and report on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and gather insights for internal teams.
  • Lead training sessions to ensure product effectiveness.
  • Monitor recordkeeping for personalized customer interactions.
  • Develop ongoing customer development programs.
  • Identify potential customer references for case studies.
  • Maintain understanding of Semperis technology and products.
  • Assist with development of processes for the overall CS program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS company.
  • Understanding of Semperis solutions and Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience working with C-level Executives.
  • Ability to explain technical cybersecurity data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proactive in building customer relationships.
  • Intellectually curious and driven to expand expertise.
  • Responsive to changing situations.
  • Genuine desire to work with customers.
