Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play an important role in helping our Enterprise customers transform the way they assess security risk, ensuring their happiness and communicating the value of our product.

  • Forecast and manage retention for your customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to improve customer journeys.
  • Model world-class customer care and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS organization.
  • Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management and cybersecurity.
  • Experience working with C-level executives.
