Overview

The Customer Success Manager at SAP LeanIX Japan plays a crucial role in retaining and growing the customer base, working closely with key leaders in the APAC region and managing customer accounts through their lifecycle.

In Short

  • Join a rapidly growing APAC team at SAP LeanIX.
  • Take full responsibility for 35-40 customer accounts across Asia Pacific and Japan.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor.
  • Drive product adoption and increase user base in customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Work with state-of-the-art Customer Success tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Translate customer feedback into product requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in IT organizations or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with IT Management, IT Service Management, or Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
  • 1+ year working knowledge with Customer Success tools like Gainsight is a plus.
  • Exceptional English language skills, especially technical vocabulary.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
