We offer everything related to home ownership, from searching to financing, insurance, maintenance, and selling. With 50,000 service requests in 2024, Houzy is on track to become the largest intermediary platform for various real estate services.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) 100% to strengthen our Sales team in German-speaking Switzerland.

In Short

• Manage and support partner companies in German-speaking Switzerland.
• Communicate with our partners via phone and in writing.
• Sales and renewal of partnership contracts.
• Identify upselling opportunities and manage new contracts.
• Handle complaints and provide independent problem-solving.
• Ensure and optimize existing processes to increase revenue.
• Enhance partner satisfaction.
• Process contracts in our CRM system.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Communicate and transfer knowledge with the Head of Partner Management and the team in Romandie.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Team player, self-initiative, and a dynamic, flexible working style.
• Goal-oriented, assertive, and structured.
• Fluent in German, with business-level English required.
• Solid IT user knowledge and excellent spelling in both languages.
• Motivated, flexible, curious, and able to think networked.
