Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Secureframe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by establishing and nurturing relationships while collaborating with various teams.

In Short

  • Manage customer activities including onboarding and training.
  • Achieve key success metrics like Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
  • Analyze customer engagement to increase product adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to internal teams.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive renewals.
  • Improve internal processes for efficiency.
  • Support customers during compliance audits.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with federal frameworks like NIST 800-171; CMMC experience is a plus.
  • Experience guiding customers through audits is preferred.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles managing complex accounts.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
