Portfolio Operations Senior Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Independently execute daily management of portfolios on both Primary and Secondary markets.
• Manage upstream issues regarding SeatGeekIQ managed tickets.
• Deal with downstream issues related to resold inventory.
• Maintain a set of 30+ accounts for inventory management.
• Track tickets manually through the SAPIENT tool.
• Execute SeatGeekIQ processes related to business, finance, and inventory workflows.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve daily operations processes.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve portfolio discrepancies.
• Ensure healthy operations and support performance against KPIs.
• Improve processes and scale the number of tickets managed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or general Operations role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Desire to innovate and automate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sports, music, and live events.
• BS/BA Required.
• Ticketing operations experience preferred.
