Portfolio Operations Senior Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Independently execute daily management of portfolios on both Primary and Secondary markets.
• Manage upstream issues related to SeatGeekIQ managed tickets.
• Address downstream issues with resold inventory.
• Maintain and manage over 30 accounts for inventory sales.
• Track tickets through the SAPIENT tool.
• Execute business, finance, and inventory workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operations.
• Ensure efficient operations supporting core KPIs.
• Scale ticket management processes and lead a team in the long term.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Desire to innovate and automate processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sports, music, and live events.
• BS/BA Required.
• Ticketing operations experience preferred.
