Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Experience with onboarding and retention email programs.
• Excellent writing skills for effective communication.
• Knowledge of segmentation and personalization techniques.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
