Overview

As a Training Lead Specialist at Seamless Assist, you will design, implement, and manage training programs for virtual assistants and team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge for high performance.

• Design and develop training materials including SOPs and quizzes.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new hires.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in training or operations coaching.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience creating training materials and conducting virtual workshops.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and other tools.
• Ability to assess learning needs and adjust training strategies.
• Experience with LMS tools is a plus.
• Background in instructional design is a plus.
• Familiarity with remote support roles is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
