Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist with strong Profit & Loss experience to join our fast-growing remote team at Seamless Assist.

In Short

  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements and financial reports
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S.-based clients
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks/Xero preferred)
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts
  • Collaborate with business owners and internal team members
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data
  • Proven experience in payroll and bookkeeping
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting
  • Opportunities to grow with a fast-scaling company

Requirements

  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Gusto, ADP)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with U.S. clients is a plus
