Overview

We are hiring an Automation & AI Developer to design and build AI-powered systems that improve business operations.

In Short

• Design and build AI-powered systems for business operations.
• Assess workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Build end-to-end automations using tools like Zapier or Make.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) into workflows.
• Manage and maintain WordPress environments.
• Create clear documentation for non-technical users.
• Train team members on using and maintaining systems.
• Work with US Pacific Time overlap.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Requirements

• Background in software development or system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier and/or Make).
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with GitHub and cloud infrastructure.
• WordPress development or administration experience.
• Strong written English and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with US Pacific Time overlap.
