Overview

The Learning & Training Specialist will strengthen the performance, knowledge, and operational excellence of the customer service team at Whizz, an innovative e-bike/e-moped subscription service.

In Short

  • Maintain and update the Customer Service Knowledge Base.
  • Develop new scripts and training materials based on team needs.
  • Review and improve existing communication scripts.
  • Organize and lead training sessions for remote and on-site teams.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for individual development.
