Overview

The Customer Success Representative will manage subscription and support renewals for customers in Iberia and the Nordics, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage and execute timely renewal of customer contracts.
  • Develop renewals programs with channel partners.
  • Maximize customer subscriptions and renewals.
  • Meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct meetings to improve renewal rates.
  • Engage with customers for effective contract renewals.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipeline.
  • Participate in weekly renewals pipeline reviews.
  • Comply with sales processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in renewals or customer success.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Familiarity with channel sales environments.
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription models is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
