Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
• Analyze test results and machine error messages.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery parts.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repairs.
• Operate machinery and verify repairs.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Document maintenance records and work orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Experience with computerized controls.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to read electric schematics.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
