In Short

• Manage the company-wide Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) program.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs and related agreements.
• Provide legal support for marketing and brand communications.
• Assist in drafting IP-focused agreements.
• Work closely with the legal team and stakeholders.
• Participate in in-person meetings and events.
• Must be flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires a Juris Doctorate (JD) and state bar license.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IP transactional law.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills required.
