Senior Counsel – Intellectual Property Litigation - Remote

In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of U.S. and international patent disputes, collaborating with outside counsel and in-house teams to develop case strategies and manage litigation processes.

In Short

• Direct involvement in patent disputes in judicial and administrative tribunals.

Requirements

• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Four years of experience in Intellectual Property law.
• Preferred: Degree in the sciences with a focus on biotechnology.
• Seven years of experience litigating U.S. patent disputes.
• Trial experience in federal or administrative courts.
• Excellent analytic, legal drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multi-dimensional projects.
• Experience negotiating and drafting legal agreements.
• USPTO registration preferred.
