Overview

As a Senior Intellectual Property Counsel or Patent Attorney, you will be integral to our team, working across departments to address complex challenges in securing and defending our Intellectual Property.

In Short

• Coordinate filings of trademarks, designs, and patents globally.
• Guide outside counsels in preparing responses to office actions.
• Ensure product compliance with Intellectual Property laws.
• Draft and review legal documents including licensing agreements.
• Participate in meetings to collect patenting ideas.
• Coordinate evidence collection for court proceedings.
• Advise colleagues on IP-related topics.
• Prepare and deliver training on IP matters.
• Monitor legislative changes in the IP area.
• Track expenses and coordinate with outside counsels.

Requirements

• University degree in Law or relevant technical field.
• Min 5 years of experience in Intellectual Property.
• In-depth knowledge of IP law.
• Experience with patent and trademark applications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Basic understanding of computer science or web scraping technologies is a plus.
