• Support contract negotiations with IP-related provisions.
• Monitor changes in IP law for compliance.
• Provide training on IP-related topics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Strong background in software and technology-related IP matters.
• Experience managing global IP portfolios.
• Proven ability to advise on complex IP issues.
• J.D. from a U.S. law school and state bar membership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business goals.
