Overview

As a Conversation Implementation Designer, you will be the architect of the logic and personality of AI agents, playing a hybrid role where strategy meets execution.

In Short

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during design and implementation.
Design modular conversation solutions and UX-oriented flows.
Refine AI behavior through prompt engineering.
Analyze interaction logs to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead workshops.
Expertise in natural dialogue design and persona-driven writing.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering and logical reasoning.
Ability to interpret conversation data for performance assessment.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ticket-based workflows.
