Marketing Manager, Personal Injury - Remote

Overview

Scorpion is seeking a growth-minded and collaborative Marketing Manager, Personal Injury (PI) to join our Brand Marketing team. In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with corporate marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for our legal sub-verticals.

In Short

• Develop Deep Vertical Expertise: Build and maintain a strong understanding of key trends, customer needs, and the competitive and regulatory landscape within PI services sub-verticals.
• Drive Market Research & Segmentation: Uncover audience needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
• Own Positioning & Messaging: Define clear and differentiated value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate across teams to develop and execute integrated, sub-verticalized demand generation plans.
• Create Thought Leadership & Content: Develop industry-relevant content—whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and infographics.
• Enable Sales: Equip sales teams with pitch decks, sales collateral, training, and vertical-specific insights.
• Build Advocacy & Engagement: Support programs that strengthen customer satisfaction and drive advocacy.
• Measure & Optimize Performance: Track KPIs to assess campaign performance and continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Support Events & Partnerships: Contribute to our event strategy and represent Scorpion at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in B2B or service marketing, ideally focused on SMB audiences.
• Strong understanding of the PI industry or a related vertical.
