In Short

• Serve as primary contact for clients, providing updates, support, and guidance on the legal process from intake to settlement.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with organized, up-to-date case files.
• Order and track medical records to support injury claims.
• Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements with insurance companies.
• Prepare comprehensive demand packages for submission to insurance carriers.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to verify account balances.

Requirements

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Paralegal preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume personal injury practice is highly preferred.
