Overview

As a Senior Direct Marketing Strategist, you will onboard and support clients using our Direct Marketing Services while serving as a strategic expert in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and direct response.

• Lead strategy and optimization of multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, and direct mail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guide messaging and design campaign structures.
• Define and maintain campaign standards for deliverability and compliance.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for campaign enhancement using internal data and research.
• Review and refine campaign content to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Provide direction to offshore partners and support junior team members.
• Serve as an expert for complex lifecycle marketing challenges.
• Build and maintain audiences in ServiceTitan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, such as ServiceTitan Marketing Pro.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and make informed recommendations.
