Position Overview:

Scissero is seeking a senior, execution-focused Global Head of Talent Acquisition to build and scale our international legal workforce. This role is critical to enabling the company’s next phase of growth by ensuring reliable, cost-efficient access to high-quality legal talent across offshore and nearshore delivery locations.

This is a hands-on leadership role, operating initially as an individual contributor responsible for executing global hiring while designing scalable recruitment frameworks and workforce strategies. The role focuses on building hiring capability that supports managed legal services, legal technology delivery, and operational scaling across multiple jurisdictions.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for legal, legal operations, and technology roles globally.
• Execute direct sourcing and pipeline development for offshore and nearshore roles.
• Build scalable talent pipelines for managed services and legal technology delivery.
• Partner with hiring managers to align hiring plans with delivery needs.
• Design structured hiring processes ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage the full offer lifecycle, including compensation negotiation.
• Own workforce cost efficiency and develop salary benchmarking frameworks.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on hiring geographies.
• Support leadership in modelling blended workforce approaches.
• Act as the internal owner of recruitment systems and data quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in legal recruitment or workforce scaling.
• Strong track record in recruiting for legal delivery environments.
• Experience hiring legal professionals into lower-cost jurisdictions.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in scaling organisations.
• Strong global sourcing capability for niche legal roles.
• Experience building recruitment frameworks and structured hiring methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness and alignment with business growth objectives.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels.
