Requirements

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to train others.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and data-driven hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
• Based in Malaysia or open to regional travel and remote collaboration.
