• You’ll build the talent engine that fuels BJAK’s growth across ASEAN, East Asia, and beyond.
• You’ll own the end-to-end hiring experience-from strategy to execution-for mission-critical roles.

Requirements

• 6+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels, ideally in tech, fintech, or high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions (e.g. ASEAN, East Asia).
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to train others on best practices.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and data-driven hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management, judgment, and communication skills.
• High EQ, adaptability, and ability to lead under pressure.
