Workflow Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Workflow Specialist within our Legal Managed Services team, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimising our contract review operations.

In Short

• Monitor triage and assign incoming tasks across the team using internal platforms and tools.
• Manage resources and distribute workloads fairly to maintain operational efficiency.
• Optimise legal contract workflows to ensure efficient processing and SLA delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline contract processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow integration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data by regularly entering and verifying billing and operational information in internal systems.
• Track recurring patterns in tickets to suggest automation opportunities or product improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing workflow distribution and ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment. Front and or Airtable experience is a huge plus!
• Experience in project or team coordination, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing operational processes.
• Experience with productivity and workflow management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.
• Enthusiasm for working with new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on operational efficiency and automation.
