Overview

As a Legal Specialist at Scissero, you will work on live private equity, M&A, and financing transactions for leading global investment firms, utilizing AI tools to enhance legal service delivery.

In Short

• Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and ancillary transaction documents.
• Apply client-specific playbooks to ensure alignment with client positions.
• Identify deviations from playbook positions and implement fallback language.
• Manage your own workflow to meet turnaround times.
• Support live deal execution across multiple transactions.
• Collaborate with the global legal team for quality delivery.
• Work with internal stakeholders for operational efficiency.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows.

Requirements

• LLB Degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in transactional legal work.
• Experience reviewing NDAs and similar agreements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
