RCM Workflow Specialist - Remote

Overview

The RCM Workflow Specialist is responsible for overseeing Robotic Process Automations that support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) while collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

In Short

• Monitor daily output reports and triage performance issues.
• Maintain RCM RPA inventory and partner with Product Engineering.
• Identify opportunities for new bots to reduce costs or generate revenue.
• Develop workflows in collaboration with the RCM Training Team.
• Understand and adhere to Product Engineering requirements for RPA submission.
• Continuously improve the efficiency of bots and existing RCM workflows.
• Communicate bot status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain Google Groups for report distribution.

Requirements

• High School Graduate.
• Medical claims billing experience required.
• 1+ years of RCM training and workflow experience.
• Experience with athenaOne is required.
• Experience in developing and/or managing RPA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
