Overview

The Advanced Workflow Specialist at Leica Microsystems is responsible for understanding customer workflows and providing application support, training, and product demonstrations in the life sciences sector.

In Short

• Work remotely from home.
• Support Leica’s Life Science Research customers with advanced imaging products.
• Provide product demonstrations and training sessions.

Requirements

• A degree (MS or PhD) in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in single-cell and/or organoid imaging and analysis.
• Knowledge of advanced microscopy experiments and data analysis.
• Experience in a customer-facing support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced imaging equipment and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Biotech, Pharma Research, or CROs is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing activities.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
• Understanding of customer needs in the life sciences field.
