Overview

This is mainly a Business Development role, focused on new business acquisition rather than delivery.

In Short

  • Craft holistic paid media strategies for scandiweb clients and leads;
  • Drive business development efforts in collaboration with the sales team;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that enhance client campaigns and align with broader business objectives;
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with clients to understand their needs and tailor media strategies accordingly;
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends and leverage opportunities in the paid media landscape;
  • Join all sales efforts with the support of the sales manager for leads and existing clients, providing a consultative sales approach;
  • Engage in key client meetings and presentations to discuss strategy, progress, and results.

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years of senior-level experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid media management for eCommerce platforms;
  • Hands-on experience with all components of digital marketing for eCommerce: SEO, PPC, Influencers, Affiliates, CRO, Data and Analytics, Social, etc.;
  • Experience in digital marketing for eCommerce specifically, focusing on transactional campaigns through popular ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.);
  • Expert knowledge of various paid advertising platforms and analytics tools, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive ROI;
  • Excellent presentation skills, confident spoken and written English;
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and collaborating with sales and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals;
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize performance;
  • Exceptional client service skills with experience in managing and expanding client relationships through strategic insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
