The EOS Implementer Virtual Assistant will support an EOS Implementer and their clients by managing logistics, CRM, outreach, and light marketing efforts to ensure smooth client interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Confident in LinkedIn and email outreach
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and self-starter
• Proficient with Google Workspace and scheduling tools
• Bonus: Experience with EOS tools or frameworks
