Overview

This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and supporting the sales process by qualifying leads and coordinating appointments.

Requirements

• Comfortable using communication platforms (RingCentral, Zoom, etc.).
• Basic computer literacy: CRM, spreadsheets, and email tools.
• Professional home office setup and reliable internet.
• Must be confident on calls with commercial and residential clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple customers at once.
• Introductory video submission required as part of the recruitment process.
