We are looking for a Sourcing Operations Specialist who thrives on clean systems, clean copy, and operational clarity. This is a great entry-level role for someone who wants to break into the recruiting world — not through candidate calls, but by owning the backend of sourcing.

In Short

• Write and publish job descriptions across global and local job boards.
• Share polished, grammatically perfect job posts in online communities.
• Engage in relevant online spaces to increase visibility for open roles.
• Maintain and clean our ATS — tagging, rejecting, updating statuses.
• Move candidates between roles/pipelines as needed.
• Monitor inbound applications and pre-filter based on basic requirements.
• Close outdated job listings and ensure all active postings are current.
• Ensure all sourcing-related copy is clean, clear, and on-brand.

Requirements

• Strong writer with a sharp eye for spelling, grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Confident using ChatGPT as a tool — but capable of writing independently.
• Comfortable posting and engaging in online communities and forums.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Curious about recruiting and excited to learn how sourcing systems work.
• Takes full ownership of tasks and cares about getting things right.
