Sourcing Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Sourcing Operations Specialist with a passion for clean systems and clean copy. This is a great entry-level role reporting to our Sourcing Coordinator for someone who wants to break into recruiting and is excited to write engaging, grammatically flawless job ads, manage postings across platforms, and help keep our sourcing systems and candidate data organized. You’ll also help promote our openings across online communities to drive great inbound talent.

In Short

• Write and publish job descriptions across global and country-specific job boards.
• Craft and share clear, polished, and grammatically perfect job messages and posts in niche communities.
• Engage in relevant forums and spaces to increase visibility for our roles.
• Maintain and clean our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to keep candidate data organized.
• Move candidates between roles and pipelines based on updated information.
• Monitor inbound applications and pre-filter candidates based on basic requirements.
• Close outdated job listings and ensure everything is up to date.
• Ensure all copy is well-written, professional, and on-brand.

Requirements

• Strong, polished writer with a sharp eye for spelling, grammar, and clarity.
• Ability to use ChatGPT and write independently with perfect grammar.
• Active online presence and comfort posting in communities and chats.
• Highly organized and pride in keeping systems clean.
