The Legal Operations & Compliance Coordinator role exists to own and execute the messiest, highest-leverage problems in the company—where legal, compliance, insurance, revenue, and strategy all intersect.

• Translate legal and compliance constraints into business decisions
• Unblock revenue, delivery, and growth
• Pressure-test new ideas before the company commits real resources
• Operate across Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Compliance, and Leadership
• Take ownership of complex initiatives that don’t fit neatly into one function
• High-autonomy individual contributor role
• Work with external counsel on legal questions
• Build models in Google Sheets to evaluate new initiatives
• Engage in high-context conversations early
• Make recommendations that executives act on

Requirements

• Legal fluency but chose not to practice law
• Enjoys judgment calls and ambiguity
• Comfortable talking to clients and executives
• Ability to model in Sheets and read a P&L
• Experience in legal operations or consulting
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with contract and risk exposure
• Ability to manage complex initiatives
