Compliance Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Operations Coordinator is a key role supporting the Compliance Operations and Quality teams at Five Below, ensuring timely submission of product test reports and maintaining item attributes related to product testing and compliance.

In Short

• Contact vendors to ensure timely receipt of required documents.
• Create and close requests for product testing and shipment inspection.
• Respond to inquiries related to product testing submission process.
• Update and maintain item attributes related to product testing and compliance.
• Create and maintain databases and reporting on product quality and safety.
• Communicate quality and safety feedback to vendors and factories.
• Establish relationships with internal and external partners.
• Support operations within the product safety compliance department.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and flexibility in a changing environment.
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in compliance operations.
• Experience with ICIX/Riskonnect ESG and Bamboo Rose desired.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
