Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of retail experience with 5+ years in multi-store management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in standard office applications.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
